To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what information he has as to the local government services provided by(a) South Pembrokeshire district council and (b) Dyfed county council to the residents of Caldy Island, Pembrokeshire; and if he will indicate whether any specific payments are made by the residents for specific local government services.
