To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has any plans to introduce legislation to amend section 33 of the Public Health Act 1933.

I understand that my hon. Friend is referring to section 33 of the Public Health Act 1936. I have no plans to introduce legislation to amend that provision.
