§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleySince 24 May 1988 when the Local Government Act 1988 came into force 110 letters have been received from hon. Members and 130 letters from members of the public, local authorities and animal welfare organisations. The majority of the letters refer to a registration scheme. We have no plans to introduce a registration scheme.
