§ Mrs. ChalkerWe will be represented at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Council of Europe on 5 May 1989. A postmark bearing the Council of Europe's slogan will be in use in Mount Pleasant sorting office for four weeks from 1 May 1989. We are considering what else might be done to mark this anniversary.
