§ Mr. Peter LloydThe decision of the independent adjudication authority in relation to a redundant shipyard worker relates specifically to that particular worker and his terms of redundancy. This decision has implications for other British Shipbuilders workers whose circumstances were identical, and we have taken steps to bring this to their attention.
The decision has no direct effect on workers made redundant in other industries.
