§ Mr. Archie HamiltonAssistance from the Catterick garrison was provided by 29 Royal Army Medical Corps personnel from the Duchess of Kent military hospital, who deployed on 21 December 1988 and returned on 22 December, and by 70 personnel from the 1st Battalion, the Prince of Wales' Own Regiment, who deployed on 11 January to help with aircraft salvage and returned on 17 January.
