§ Mr. LeeI have no plans to visit the Nottingham, North constituency. As I told the hon. Member in my reply to his question of 2 January 1989, the redundant mineworkers payment scheme is the responsibility of the Department of Energy. Officials from my Department and the Department of Energy are examining the redundant mineworkers payment scheme regulations and benefit procedures which bring those in the redundant mineworkers payment scheme within the coverage of the restart programme.
