Mr. Winnick

To ask the Prime Minister what advice she has given to hon. Members who have served in the Government about giving evidence if requested to do so by a Select Committee regarding the activities or views expressed by them while a member of the Government.

None, but I hope that such hon. Members would continue to observe the established conventions relating to the disclosure of advice given by officials to Ministers.
