§ Mr. ScottFurther to my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Wells (Mr. Heathcoat-Amory) on 3 May 1988 at columns422–24, I am pleased to announce a further disbursement to charities of £2.8 million. My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Wales and Northern Ireland will be making their own arrangements.
I have placed a list of those organisations that are to receive payments in the Library.
