§ Mr. LangThe amendments and repeals which have been made to the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987 are detailed in schedule 12 part II, paragraphs 15–38 and schedule 13 to the Local Government Finance Act 1987. The dates from which these provisions take effect are laid down in the Local Government Finance Act 1988 Commencement (Scotland) Order 1988 (SI 1988/1456).
