§ Mr. LangThe rules which apply to the inspection of the community charges register are clearly set out in 647W section 20 of the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc (Scotland) Act 1987, as amended, and in the Community Charges (Registration) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 1988. I do not consider that specific advice on the application of these rules is required.
