Mr. David Marshall

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) how many heavy goods vehicle and public service vehicle licence holders in the United Kingdom have had their licences revoked or have had a non-renewal on health grounds for each of the years from 1985–1988;

(2) what is the total number of heavy goods vehicle and public service vehicle licence holders operating within the United Kingdom.
