First, training agents and training managers are required to achieve approved262W training organisation status; secondly, their performance will be measured against a range of specific indicators; and thirdly, inspections will be carried out by the training standards advisory service. The quantifiable performance indicators are currently being developed by the Training Agency and will be published once they have been agreed.
