§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what information he has on the next revaluation of the exchange rate mechanism; and whether he will be making representations to that revaluation meeting.
§ Mr. RyderAny future realignment of the currencies in the exchange rate mechanism will take place in accordance with the resolution of the European Council of 5 December 1978 on the establishment of the European monetary system and related matters.
