§ Mr. CartwrightTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what assessment he has made of the likely number of redundancies resulting from the proposed change in funding at the youth training programme from 1 April 1990 among lecturers employed in colleges of further education.
§ Dr. MawhinneyColleges of further education are currently considering the programmes of training that they will be providing under the new funding arrangements. It is not yet possible to assess the effect of the delivery of these programmes on the staffing levels at the colleges.
