Any such lessons will be conveyed to the authorities concerned and, if appropriate, will be made available more widely.
The review is now under way and will be concluded as soon as is consistent with completing the task properly.
The question of a meeting with Clwyd health authority and the other statutory authorities who were involved in the handling of this outbreak can be considered when the review has been concluded.
