§ Mr. LilleyThe Central Statistical Office is now arranging a meeting of the committee for early in 1990 so that consideration of the remaining issues in its terms of reference can be taken forward. The intention is that the committee will complete its work during 1990. With the change in departmental responsibility for the RPI, the chairman of the advisory committee will be Mr. Jack Hibbert, director of the CSO and head of the Government statistical service. He replaces the previous chairman, Mr. I. T. Manley, from the Employment Department.
