§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyNHS management is free to extend local recognition to organisations such as the Professional Associaton of Nursery Nurses when they have a significant level of membership locally. Membership of the staff side of the Nursing and Midwifery Staffs Negotiating Council is for the staff side to determine.
