§ Mr. RidleyI have not yet visited Blyth Valley as Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, nor have there been any visits to the area by my predecessors during the past five years. However, my hon. Friend the Member for South Ribble (Mr. Atkins), then Under-Secretary of State for Industry, visited the area on 30 March last year.
