What is the cost of continuing the inquiry over Hinkley Point C; and whether they will pay the costs of the objectors.
§ Viscount UllswaterThe inquiry is not continuing. The inspector closed it on Friday 1st December and is now preparing his report.
The Government see no reason why objectors should be financed from the public funds, as they appear at inquiries to defend their own interest.
