§ Mr. WaddingtonI received the report of the advisory group on 6 October. I am most grateful to the chairman, the Common Serjeant of London, his Honour Judge Pigot QC, and to the other members of the group for their work. I have arranged for the report to be published today. A copy will be placed in the Library.
