§ Mr. VazTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will consider a transfer of Mr. Abdul Shamji, currently at Wandsworth prison, to an open prison;
(2) if he will review the case of Mr. Abdul Shamji, currently serving a sentence at Wandsworth prison.
§ Mr. MellorMr. Shamji's case for reallocation to open conditions is being considered by the authorities at Wandsworth in the normal way.
