Hypothermia

Mr. Meacher

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the number of deaths where hypothermia was mentioned as a cause; and what is his estimate of the total number of deaths where hypothermia was the underlying cause of death in Wales in each year from 1978 to 1988.
