45WCraft and design technical subjects already feature in the curriculum of Scottish schools. Courses are available leading to awards at the ordinary, standard and higher grades of the Scottish Certificate of Education. A review of the primary and early secondary curriculum is currently under way to identify and give guidance on good practice. Craft and design and technical subjects will be covered in this review.
