To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will seek to introduce legislation to incorporate the proposals included in the EC Council directive on part-time work (Com. (81) 775 as amended (Com. (82) 830).

No. Northern Ireland legislation on part-time work is in line with that in the rest of the United Kingdom.
