§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardI refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him on 21 July 1989 at column435 when my hon. Friend explained that decisions had been issued on Mr. and Mrs. Elliot's claims for both family credit and income support. I understand that they have made no further claim for either benefit. Mr. and Mrs. Elliot are, of course, free to claim either benefit again at any time if their circumstances are now such that they believe they may have become entitled.
