§ Mr. FreemanAt the moment, my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State has no plans to meet Sir Michael Carlisle specifically to discuss resource allocation. However, my right hon. and learned Friend will be meeting all regional chairman in January to discuss a wide range of issues.
