§ Viscount DavidsonHer Majesty's Government have no plans to bring forward a Bill during this Session of Parliament. However, it remains the intention to introduce legislation along the lines of the proposals in the consultation paper issued by the Department of Transport in May, a copy of which is in the Library. A Bill will be introduced as soon as a suitable opportunity can be found.
