(2) whether any independent inspection of completed works authorised by the office of the Official Solicitor has taken place; and whether the work was carried out satisfactorily.
§ The Attorney-GeneralAs I said in an earlier reply to the hon. Member for Antrim, East, (Mr. Beggs),Official Report 23 February 1988, column 258, it is not appropriate to publish details of the affairs of any patient without the leave of the court.
An application may be made to the court by any person concerned about a particular case for disclosure of any information in respect of which the applicant can demonstrate a legitimate interest.
