§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations Her Majesty's Government have made(a) to the El Salvador Government about the impeding of humanitarian work in that country by the army, and (b) to the United States President about the role the United States of America could play in helping to bring about a just settlement to the civil war in E1 Salvador.
