§ Mr. ChopeThe parliamentary works office already carries out regular inspections of the floor coverings in the Palace of Westminster. It also undertakes an annual replacement programme, as well as dealing with particular problems as they arise. If there is any particular area which the Member thinks presents a hazard perhaps she would let me know.

§ Mr. ChopeIt is already the practice to ensure that electric light bulbs in the Palace of Westminster are in working order, but if the Member happens to know of any which are not perhaps she would let me know.
