Mr. O'Brien

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will give the amount of rates that has been forgone in each of the enterprise zones in England and Wales, year by year;

(2) what is the amount of rates that has been forgone by virtue of the Isle of Dogs enterprise zone.
