§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Development Board for Rural Wales's factory construction programme for 1989–90 does not contain any proposals to build nursery factories in Ceredigion. I am currently considering the board's proposed factory construction programme for 1990–91 and expect to make an announcement in the new year.
