§ Mr. WrayTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how much of the fundings of Scottish Arts in 1990–91 is for(a) provisions for maintenance, repair and refurbishment of galleries and museums and (b) an increase in real terms of provision for activities of art groups and institutions.
