To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish details of his planned poll tax publicity campaign showing(a) the cost of television advertising, (b) the cost of newspaper advertising, (c) the cost of radio advertising and (d) the planned start and end dates of the campaign; and if he will make a statement.
