§ Mr. GummerI frequently meet East Anglian farmers, both in my constituency and elsewhere, and receive numerous representations from them on agricultural matters. I have also discussed in detail these problems with hon. Members concerned—particularly with my hon. Friend the Member for Cambridgeshire, South-East (Mr. Paice).
