Mr. Cummings

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he last met representatives of the Turkish Government; whether the question of Cyprus was raised; and if he will make a statement.

I met Mr. Ozceri, under-secretary at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in London on 17 October. We discussed the Cyprus dispute and agreed on the need for early progress.
