§ Mr. VazTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the present position of the Government with regard to section 11 of the Local Government Act 1966.
§ Mr. WaddingtonI am presently considering the scrutiny report with a view to ensuring that section 11 grant meets more effectively the needs of the ethnic minorities. I hope to be in a position to announce the results of that consideration in the not too distant future.
