§ Mr. WakehamI have received no representations about the cost of the service provided by the Post Office since the matter was last considered by the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee in May 1988. The charge made by the Post Office in the Palace of Westminster for its facsimile (Intelpost) transmission service reflects the tariff in use throughout the country. For parliamentary business, right hon. and hon. Members may purchase fascimile machines for their personal use from their office costs allowance.
