My right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food meets Senor Romero frequently in his capacity as President of the Council of Agriculture Ministers. I last met Senor Romero in La Toja, Spain on 10–11 April at an informal meeting of the EC' Fisheries Ministers, where discussion ranged over a number of aspects of the common fisheries policy.
