§ Mr. Peter LloydIt is not possible to detail the costs of pensions under flexible early retirement (FER) as each case is assessed according to grade, salary, number of years reckonable service, age, etc. As the actual decision whether to retire is for the officer alone, it is not possible to anticipate the number of payments. Provision is however made within the Departmental budget.
