§ Mr. TrippierThe Alaska works project has been offered city grant of £4,162,000. The project comprises the part refurbishment and part redevelopment of a former fur treatment works to provide a business complex of at least 127,000 sq. ft. of net lettable floor space. The space available will accommodate offices, workshops, studios and training facilities. Associated car parking facilities and a garden for use by local residents, and users of the development, will be provided.
