To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what evidence he has of the use of penicillinase in milk; and if he will make a statement.

We have no evidence of such use, which would be an offence under section 2 of the Food Act 1984.

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what are his intentions with regard to the sale of green-top milk.
