§ Mr. FreemanThe trust did not exist in 1980 an has not recently applied to this Department for research funding. However, I refer the hon. Member to the reply given on 21 December by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Education and Science at column292, which listed research projects into meningitis supported by the Medical Research Council.
