§ Mr. NeubertThe pensions paid to the widows of military personnel under the armed forces pension scheme are at rates which depend upon the individual circumstances of each case. Factors which will affect the rate payable include the rank held by the husband, the date of his retirement or death in service, the provisions of the scheme at that date, the nature of his termination of service, and in most but not all cases the length of service given. It is not therefore possible to provide the information requested.
