§ Mr. Tony Banksto ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what policies and proposals in his draft planning guidance he has put forward for the development of recreation, sport and other leisure facilities in London.
§ Mr. ChopeGuidance is proposed on the recreational use of green belt and open land. Provision for recreation, sport and other leisure development is in general a matter for individual boroughs.
