To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what representations he has received about the future of the Co-operative development agency; and what has been his response.

Mr. Cope

I have received written representations from 14 organisations on the future of the Co-operative Development Agency. I have also received representations from a Co-operative parliamentary delegation.

All the representations are currently under consideration.
