§ Mr. ThurnhamTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the announcement by Barratts Housebuilders of an intention to build on land at Burtenshaw farm, Bolton, which was the subject of his decision to uphold a restrictive covenant on 23 November 1988.
§ Mr. TrippierThe enforcement of the covenant is a matter for Bolton borough council. I understand that the council is considering what action to take.
