§ Mr. KeyTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many soldiers have been arrested by the military police in(a) Salisbury and (b) Amesbury and subsequently charged with being drunk and disorderly or causing a breach of the peace in each of the past 12 months.
§ Mr. NeubertThe Royal Military police made no arrests for alcohol-related offences in Salisbury during the last 12 months. In Amesbury however, they arrested one soldier in July 1988, two in August 1988 and one in March 1989 for such offences.
