§ Mr. RidleyI invite my hon. Friend to refer to my Department's "Planning Guidance: Index of Extant Circulars", a copy of which is in the Library. The index lists seven circulars, two development control policy notes and two planning policy guidance notes relating to housing development; two circulars relating to employment; three circulars and one planning policy guidance note relating to retail development; and three circulars relating to sport and recreation.
